Another Super Important from Brenth Daniel
It has been reported that computers have been left logged on in the classrooms. Special user accounts were also left logged on, and as a result caused regular students to have problems with printing and accessing programs. All students must log off before leaving computer rooms, including students using special accounts other than the regular userxxx.
It is important that we all understand that whatever is done in the computer rooms will affect every student and instructor using these rooms.
If students do not know how to log off, please instruct them how to. Computers should not be locked or put in a low-power state; they should be logged off or shut down at the end of each class.
Please comply with the rules and policies.

Super Important from Brenth Daniel
It is important that you instruct the students to close all programs and log off before leaving the computer classrooms and labs. Programs left running or opened multiple times cause the computers to freeze, and also affect other programs and users on the network.
If at any time you or the students open a program and it freezes, the program should be closed using the “…X..” on the top right of the active window. If this doesn’t work or the computer freezes, the computer should be shut down by holding the power button for about 10 seconds. Restart the computer after 30 seconds.
It is also important that all users check the taskbar for already opened programs, before attempting to open new programs.
